With your FTP Connect to yourname.x10hosting.com, Then upload into your www or Public_html folder.

Another Question, how do I access my FTP?

You download a FTP client. Then you connect to your site by typing in your adress yourname.x10hosting.com and puting in you user name and the pass word. Then you just drag and drop the files.
