I need to know how to move the cursor in a textbox
using javascript.

Example:

[b.][/b] |<that is the typing courser outside of the box

I want it to be inside the

like this: [b.]|[/b]

Can you guys help me find a tut for something like that? :happysad:

What I mean is that in a WYSIWYG editor I am making I want the courser (|<thats is the courser when typing) and when I want to click on like bold and I want the tags to come and make the courser inside the tags.

I think so... just make the cursor a variable and make the variable change when clicking.
