Alright I just set up cutenews i think..
&& um im trying to design my home page.
but have no clue how to start.
like to edit it, i made a layout but dont know how to upload it..
any help??

You can upload it via the file manager in your cPanel or FTP.

You can get a free FTP client from http://www.filezilla.com if you want to go that route. You can also google "FTP tutorial" to find some tutorials on using FTP to upload files.
