First I get a page saying my account has been suspended because I needed to sign in the forum once every 2 weeks. So i did that today and I was unspended. Nnow I get the message again saying this:
Reason: High server resource usage detected. Account will automatically be unsuspended in 15 minutes.
What does that mean? This is very annoying. I only have seen this message once but if it keeps up I am moving to a new host. This is ridiculous

Your account is being suspended because you are using too much of the server's cpu and/or memory.

If you want to move to a new host go right ahead. We don't loose anything. This is free hosting and to prevent people from abusing it we have to limit how much of the server's CPU and memory you can use.

But how am I am using too much memory? My site is just a fan site for women's wrestling which contains media graphics such as icons, signatures and premade layouts and I have a content management software installed called FanUpdate. So I don't understand how I can be using too much memory or cpu. I had my account since June and I haven't had any problems like this until just this week.

You were previously on paid hosting which does not have restrictions. Free hosting takes into consideration all the accounts and gives an even amount out, if you go above that it automatically suspends the account for a period of time.

Oh ok I see. The only reason I downgrade back to AdFree is because I didn't have the money to pay the invoice. I didn't want my account suspended due to that so I decided to go AdFree until I get the funds needed. Now that I know a paid account has no restrictions, I'll keep my hosting account here and upgrade back to the plan I just had. I'll do the upgarde at a later time though. I'm going through a stressful time preparing for hurricane Gustav.

What about being required to log in on the forum every 2 weeks, would I still have to do that on the paid account too?

Paid accounts do not have the forum login requirement either :)
