to we need to put corporate ads on every page hosted on your servers or just on the main page??

Every page that is viewed by the public.
Any page that is only viewed by admin, doesn't need the ads.

If we can see it and there's no ad there, its a problem ^^

Sometimes you will run into problems even when you have placed the scripts, and the ads will not be visible,(I don't know why) but I think the site staff usually check the code and if the script is there, you don't have to worry....
