I'm using Printfection (http://www.printfection.com) to host my online merchandise store. Printfection supports a feature called domain mapping, where my domain can be pointed at their servers. In order to use this feature, my registrar must support custom DNS services. I need control over the DNS records for my domain, specifically the ability to create and modify A, MX, and CNAME records. Do you offer such a service? Please send me details as to how it works and how I can turn it on for my account.

You can only change the A, MX, nameservers etc. with the registrar you registered the domain with.
Unless you registered the domain with us, we can't help you change that.

You can use zone records in x10hosting to make use of cName, mx, A and TXT records. But for using this feature your domain should be in cpanel as addon, parked or main domain and where you registered domain name, there you can use DNS service to point your domain to your x10hosting hosting account by adding these two DNS servers as primary DNS servers. ns1.x10hosting.com and ns2.x10hosting.com
