Questions about suspension of accounts

I have two questions. If my account gets suspended after the 30 day period of inactivity, will I receive any email notification of that? Also, is there a time period that I have to unsuspend my account? Please let me know. Thanks.

7. Inactivity
Accounts found to be inactive are suspended for a 14 day period and then removed from our servers (terminated). All data including any type of backup or stored information is removed with the account.* To prevent an account from being suspended for inactivity it is required users visit the x10Hosting Account Portal located at https://x10hosting.com/portal/ at least once every 30 days**. Accounts must have a working website within 1 week.

Just to add for the first part, I believe it does send a notice as a warning along with one when it's suspended; that said, those emails have been marked as spam in the past, so it's possible it may get routed to your junk folder and get missed, so its not a bad idea to get in the habit of logging in every week so you're never close to the 30 days. There's also a typo in our current Terms of Service under section 7; it should read 21 days as opposed to 14, so if it does get suspended you have three weeks to log in and request unsuspension before the account is actually erased.
