Hi!,

I have created a new ad-free plan for a class website.

But I have a question? When is your account suspended?
Do you have to visit this forum min once in 2 weeks? Or Do you have to visit CPanel once in 2 weeks?

Suspension periods

These are the general suspension periods for the most common violations of the Terms of Service. Periods may vary based on the severity of the violation.
  • No Ads => Four (4) days
  • Proxy => Four (4) days
  • MP3s or Warez => Seven (7) days
  • Unsupported Language => Four (4) days
Do you have to visit this forum min once in 2 weeks? Or Do you have to visit CPanel once in 2 weeks?

4.) Thou shall visit the forums once every two weeks.
This is a very simple requirement. You must visit the forums here, once every 2 weeks to keep your account active. If you do not we will assume you are inactive and suspend your account.

Do you have to place ads with an ad-free program?

So I don't have to visit my Cpanel once every 2 weeks?

Is the language Dutch allowed?

Ads are not required on Ad-Free ( They haven't have a chance to update a lot of the requirements. These are from version 2 of x10hosting, when they didn't have the ad-free / ad-enhanced choices )

So I don't have to visit my Cpanel once every 2 weeks?

No. Just the forums. Login to the forums at least once every two weeks and you will be okay. :)
You can use the Dutch language, if you wish. The only requirement is that you have a translated version of your site in either English, Spanish or French as well.

Ultimately, this would have to be up to Corey, our Admin. But from past experiences, I would have to say that its highly unlikely. Because our staff is comprised of people that can only read / speak / write in one of those 3 languages, its why we require sites to be in one of those 3 languages.

I will ask Corey to stop by this thread and give his answer, just to make sure. :)

No, it has to be in one of the stated languages(English, French, Spanish) sorry. If we allowed any to bend the rules we'd have to do it for everyone.
