Just wondering if it's possible to configure subdomains in cPanel to be compatible with a domain. I just got my .com yesterday so I don't know the ins and outs quite yet.

I already have my nameservers pointing to x10's (ns1 and ns2.x10hosting.com), and to use GoDaddy.com's subdomains you need to have them points to their nameservers.

If anyone can help me out it'd be appreciated :).

Thanks,

i cant really answer your question but im just wondering if you were drawn into buying a domain from godaddy because of the godaddy superbowl advertisements.

You should really ask Phil, Corey or any Account Manager to change your domain, maybe that`s why it isn`t working. And subdomains do work. SO if you have www.domains.com you can set subdomain.domains.com easy, only 2 clicks in cPanel

If you have the name servers pointing to x10, We can set your root to your domain and then you can have subdomains like subdomain.domain.com
