Quick question about hosting

I quickly read over the terms and conditions and didnt find anything to do with embedding flash into the pages, i was just wondering if i create my asp website and pull the embed from the database, and the url was from somewhere else because the games are hosted with the advertisers, so would i be able to create a website and embed from another host?
