Quick question regarding Terms of Service

Is it against the Terms of Service to host a podcast on a free hosting account? I don't see anything in the TOS about podcasting. If I were to upload the audio files of the podcast onto the site, would it be considered file hosting? If there are any questions about how large the audio files are, and the length or anything of the sort I will specify if it matters.

You should be able to host the podcast if it's a public download. Make sure nothing on the podcasts are copyrighted.
