but my site deleted due i didnt used the forums
i want the admin of the site to active my site

Please read the TOS once more. It states in the TOS, that you have to visit the forums atleast once in two weeks, though you don't have to post anything.....This is the reason you were suspended.And you will have to post the unsuspension request here http://forums.x10hosting.com/suspended-accounts/
