Warez: Includes pirated software, ROMS, emulators, phreaking, hacking, password cracking, IP spoofing, etc... This also includes any sites which provide "links to" or "how to" information about such material.

So giving links also violation of TOS. So big NO to that site.

if it so than there are thousands of sites in the WORLD including google.com,yahoo.com,bing.com, i think all that have to close. They are also giving the links included pirated software, ROMS, emulators, phreaking, hacking, password cracking, IP spoofing, etc... X10 doenst support this.As u mentioned earlier there r sites which supports all kind of stuffs.But according to X10 TOS, they do not alow this.Also remember this is a free hosting.There may be many spammers who r willing to host warez sites. So to keep this type stuff away from x10 the admin might have taken this decision.

They are giving something away free, but they add some stipulations.

If you do not want to abide by their rules, do not take the free service.

Here's the difference: Google, Yahoo and Bing are not hosted on x10. Therefore you can't make a direct comparison like that.

As descalzo just said, either abide by the TOS and use the free service or don't abide and don't use the free service. Not abiding and using it isn't going to work.
