R1Soft Backup Host not Found

Hi, I wanted to restore my SQL database, so I clicked the R1Soft Backup on CPanel. Then it redirected to zodiac.x10hosting.com asking me for Host Description, User Name and Password. I tried different combinations for Host Description but it still returns Host Not Found.

I need anybody's help, thanks.

Update: ...or maybe later, I just noticed that Chopin is transferring and is 5% complete. I'll try again after it finishes.
