my acount is suspended be cause of rapid leench but i did not use it
i wanted to test rapid leench (just test) how ever it did not worked.
so please format my web host and give back my acount.

Says right in the TOS by name that the script is banned.

File Hosting Every file on your site must have to do with the website you put up, we are not a file storage service and we strictly prohibit scripts such as torrentflux or rapidleech.

So, as always, this is covered under Zero Tolerance, you've been permanently suspended pending termination and cannot retrieve backups.

i don't want any back up or other things.
i want just my account.
you can delete all my files but do't remove my account please.
i know you are not a file host.
and i was just testing. so i'm really sorry about that.

As pointed out by Livewire this is a Zero Tolerance violation of x10Hosting Terms Of Service.
You account will remain suspended and terminated after 14 days.
You cannot have your files back. Your account WILL be terminated.
There is nothing else to discuss.
