ok u have photoshop right. when u have the image open go to image/imagesize and make sure constrain proportions is checked and resize it to 100 height.

The blue tentacles are not fitting in with ur site name and purpose.
You need a more corporate/tech type of sig. (regular, sleek objects instead of organic shapes)

If you did this in Photoshop then when you save it, change the lossy to 0. It kinda looks weird with your sig, unless you did it on purpose like me.
