I think it would be nice if you customized your adsense to match the template (might help your click through, as well). Also, I would remove the header above the banner that says "Advertisement." It's really just taking up space.

Other than those two things I think you have done a very good job.

Structurally it's good, but for a game site the feel is a bit too "clinical" and less "gamish" and cutting edge. But otherwise looking good.
