load time: 10/10 man does it load fast
design: 0/10 there's nothing to it sorry man

I don't like the scroll bar on the forums, makes it too small.

If you like I can help you make a template or I can sell you a premade, though I don't think I have any that would suit this site at the moment.

I'm sorry but there is nothing in the website to review. the forums have been squeezed, i do not know for what but it drives visitors away. make a layout for the website. If you want i can make one for you. you need to make your site attractive to get visitors!
also the loading time was good.

nice try to go for the clean white look but it just isnt working. Try going for the complete opposite and have the background and everything black or dark grey. Im not even going to rate the site...
