The layout is good, but the colors do not go so well together, try keeping it to simple colors, and the orange does nothing for your design man. But overall, the design is better than the color scheme, just work with your colors and you'll be okay.

I like v3 better, i like the green color. But if I can do just one more suggestion, the green nav I would make a bit darker, it just doesn't go well with the light and dark on top.

It doesn't look too bad but the site theme itself has been overused to death, its just too much alike others.

V3 looks the best out of all of them. You should try adding the glass effect to some of the images, it might make it look better.
