rdns/dns incorrectly configured

Hi,

I have had an issue whenever I attempt to send an email from webmail (squirrelmail) to craigslist accounts.
essentially it complains that rdns is incorrectly configured and drops the message with a 554.

I'm sending from my matt becker.com account.

This message was created automatically by mail delivery software.

A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of its
recipients. This is a permanent error. The following address(es) failed:

What's your cPanel username? And in which server is your account hosted?

How did you set your domain to work with x10hosting?
You pointed to x10 nameservers or you added an A record..?

I just pointed from my registrar using x10hosting's nameservers. my domain is mattbecker.com

OK, as you can see your domain is working now: http://mattbecker.com/ , as you set the nameservers to point to x10hosting.
Are you able to access your website now?

hi,

my domain has been working the whole time (for the past 3 weeks or so), I've been sending from my domain mattbecker.com in squirrelmail successfully (I can send to yahoo and other domains just fine), and when I attempted to send to a craigslist address a few different times it's being blocked based on the rdns. So most likely the rdns is incorrectly configured for the cossacks server, or the helo/ehlo greeting from cossacks with the host name doesn't match the rdns info (depending on how intensive they are with the rdns check).
