I have recently signed up with the free x10 account and when i try to add a ftp account i get "Account created successfully" and the settings are shown correctly but when i click the Go Back link the account i added is not shown and there is a "[a fatal error or timeout occurred while processing this directive]" below Account management. I also have the same error message in the cPanel home page under Stats directly above Main Domain.

I have this same problem. :dunno:
