Re-activate not working?

Hi, I am trying to re-activate my account, and when I do I get this message:

"Account Suspended
Your web hosting account has been suspended.

Date − 2013-10-18 00:00:39
Reason − You have been suspended for inactivity. It is a requirement that you sign into the x10hosting website at least once every month to keep your account active. You're able to unsuspend yourself immediately from our website. We are now unsuspending your account."

I've tried a number of times, but the "unsuspending account" never happens?

Unsuspended now. Make sure to clear your browser cache and history, close browser, open browser before checking your site again.
