to whom it may concern,

in the control panel there is a ftp guide. theres even a downloadable file but i still cant connect to the ftp using "COREFTP"

for any client the the general settings are:
FTP Username: your_account_username
FTP Server: ftp.domain.type
FTP Server Port: 21
SFTP Server Port: 22

some clients uses different authentication method, and in there setting you can fix it.
anyhow if your client not working you can go and choose another one like the one recommended by the server.

Core FTP (for Windows)
Cyberduck (for Mac)
