Re: I don't know why my account has been suspended

My account was suspended for a bot exploit of my site. However, I was not told the cause of the suspension, or of the re-instatement of my account until it had again been suspending for failure to take action against the exploit.

I'd be very happy to disable the registration system, if I'd known it was causing problems. But I'm not sure how I could have been expected to know that my account had been re-instated as I was only informed of this via a forum message that I have (now) subsequently read. I did try the chat help but I didn't get any response after quite a long time waiting. could you possibly contact me by email?

Further to my request that someone contact me with regards to the suspension of my account, its being unsuspended without my being informed and then suspended again since I'd failed to tae action, could I get a response?

As already detailed here: http://x10hosting.com/forums/free-hosting/185478-i-dont-know-why-my-account-has-been-suspended.html the account had been unsuspended with a 24 hour warning to stop the forum from sending out spam; it was sending over 40,000 spam registration emails per week, which we could not allow to continue.

Unfortunately after that 24 hours expired, the spam continued to be sent out at an exceptionally high rate, necessitating its suspension once again - we cannot subject the email system to that level of unmitigated spam, as it hinders regular mail delivery for other users by potentially getting us on blacklists, which take up administrative time to clean up.

At this point, with the level of spam attempted, we cannot lift the suspension.
