tried to look for php.ini to implement as followed:

Please login to the account management panel (http://x10hosting.com/login) with your FORUM username and password, and upgrade your PHP type to intermediate, the mail() function is available in this PHP version . It can take up to 24 hours for PHP version upgrades to go through, but it should only take about 3.

problems such as this are also due to the same thing? because i never encountered such a thing with other hosts.

ok.. i chose advanced and praying that once u guys approve, there wont be anymore of these errors

You need to upgrade to intermediate.

We rarely approve advanced requests. Intermediate will fix your issue.
