reactivate account after inactivity period

Hi there,

I was testing X10hosting web host service with a free account and now I cannot acces my account nor my web page beacuse the inactivity period has exeeded.

How can I reactivate my account now?

Hi ammg24,

It appears to be your hosting account terminated. after suspensions you have to request for unsuspended with in 10 days. But I think it is too late. You can't get anything. But you can re register using the same forum username

Login to forums atleast every 31 days to avoid the same situation, Login into Cpanel or Account panel doesn't count as activity. Only forum login counts.

It is really very frustrating because>

1./ I didnt know about the inactivity period.

2./ I was hosting a full joomla website I now I have to rebould it from scratch.

I cant belive my site under my free web host account xxx.x10hosting.com has been deleted....
