Reactivate account

Hello. My account was recently suspended because of this not logging into the forums thing. It happened once before and logging into the cpanel fixed it. Now I can't log into the cpanel. Is this a problem with the cpanel or has my account actually been deleted? I have things on there I really need to get hold of. This account is for a charity and I have only recently taken over management of the website.

The site is bristolcu.org.uk, forum username is bucuu (with 2 'u's), cpanel username is bucu. I guess that means the x10hosting address is bucu.x10hosting.com, but that goes to a page saying that the site is available for registration, whereas bristolcu.org.uk currrently goes to an apache/cpanel test site (it was going to the account disabled page, but it isn't anymore for some reason).

Something between 2/3 weeks, so it hadn't been suspended for long.

If you have not logged into the x10hosting forums for 2 weeks. The account goes into an "Inactivity" suspension.
You the have about 10 days to request that the suspension be lifted. Failing to do so the account automatically gets terminated.
If this is the case you then can use this link http://x10hosting.com/logout and resign up for another account.
