Reactivate suspended account

Hi, I'm really sorry I haven't completed the term agreement about being active in forums even the minimum period of time. I have created the forum account now and was wondering if I will get my suspended account back or should I register a new one? I really like this service and don't want another one that's why I'm sorry.
