Read-only file system - not able to upload files in public_html

I uploaded a default home page in this hosting.
But now when I have to create a new folder or upload another html file, there is
this error - Read-only file system - Read-only file system - not able to upload files in public_html

Please inform to me how I can upload the files, just like I uploaded default home page earlier.
