Really Long Page Loading Times

I am experiencing rediculous loading times for both my site AND its Cpanel.....whats going on, it wasnt like this a few days ago???

I'm on Absolut server and have the same problem, site & cPanel.

Yes i notice it now. Absolute is also down...I will inform this to staff.

I just ask a staff member.. He just tell me that absolut is fine..
