Well, we could just allow the server to have issues and then your site would be down a lot more than just a short few moments every few days.
Sometimes to fix an issue with the server, we have to reboot it.

how come you have so many issues. i know bigger, more developed hosting companys that dont have those issues. their up 24/7 and are free also.

We are one of the top free hosting company around. I don't what free host you are talking about, but we are constantly making changes to make the service better for you guys, and it requires server reboots. Also this is free hosting, and abuse happens, and when someone does abuse on the service it impacts everybody, so the best way to fix the problem is rebooting it. It's free, and people will try to take advantage of it, but we do our best to stop them from before it becomes a problem to other users.
