Recover lost websites from terminated service?

Hi.
My service was terminated and I couldn't be able to backup the webistes before they were deleted.

Is there any option or way to recover the data (websites and files) stored?

We can see you may have already created a new service since we can only have one service per account we may not be able to restore anything to this newer one.

As you said It may be dificult, but what I discover searching the web is that some tools like "extundelete" or "testdisk" (for Linux) may help restoring data.
I dont want to disturb a lot, but It would be great for me if I recover that data.

We have backups on our cold and active servers as we do for everyone. The issue as stated is you already created a new account and our system wont let us restore it to the same client dashboard in that case since only one account is allowed.

Please let us know if you wish for us to remove this newer account in order to restore your old.
