Redirect issue

So i took a redirect from my main domain (alpacaworld.x10host.com) and told it to redirect to /forum on my same page and now the redirect still happens when visiting the main domain even though the redirect to /forum is no longer in the list and i dont want it to do this redirect anymore please help me
