redirecting ro default web site

Hi, my site keeps redirecting to http://believersassembly.x10.mx/cgi-sys/defaultwebpage.cgi

I accidently deleted the htaccess file in the root directory, I\'m not sure if that is what caused the problem. Please help if you can.
