Regarding cPanel/Forum Username

Hey there,
When I originally created the account I accidently typed "zfoxz" when I wanted "zfox" just wondering if you where able to update my account from the cPanel name "zfoxz" and Forum Username: "zfoxz26" and change it to "zfox"

We can't change cpanel usernames without terminating and recreating the account in its entirety; your account is currently suspended pending further digging into the status of your vBulletin install however.

There are multiple files containing modifications that no vBulletin option supports (branding free lets you modify the FOOTER, but not several of the core files which have been modified in your install).


I did notice you do have a license # present however. I did forward said number to vBulletin as part of my inquiry - I just hope you do have permission to modify the files you did, cause if you didn't it'll be considered a nulled install, even if you do have a properly licensed install. I'll update this topic when I hear back from vBulletin.
