regarding indexes?

anybody can point me where to get answers for this? or guides? my account was suspended because it doesnt have index now, I cant seem to even log on my cPanel

To create an Index you just need to place a simple HTML file called index.html in your public_html folder.

What is your cPanel username? I'll unsuspend your account.
