Thanks for your prompt reply. I am sorry for the violation of your terms. I really did not intend to do that. Anyhow I request you to kindly enable my account so that I could have wordpress blog on them, that I am sure will be OK as far as terms and conditions are concerned. I really appreciate your prompt and positive reply.

As that reply clearly states, we do not give out second chances on cases like this. Your account is, and will remain permanently suspended.
