Register globals

How do we turn these on using .htacess?
I tried using php_flag register_globals On
and it returned errors

so much for being a good host... i think you spend to much time advertising on other sites and care less about the people actually using the site..

this was a simple question even if it wasnt possible you could of at least said ...i'll take my business and friends elsewhere goodbye

Geesh. Did I miss something? I just noticed this message ... and I check messages daily.
Well, as I have read elsewhere when people have issues ... I would imagine that he is sad to see you go, but its not gonna break his heart any.

You can't turn on register globals (Or any PHP configuration settings) from an .htaccess file. PHP is not set up as an Apache (HTTP server) module, thus you cannot.

Register Globals can be a huge security risk anyway. Why would you want to enable it? In my opinion it is easier just to code securely and more efficiently without it on.

Also, sorry that no one saw this thread. Some of us have lives and can't check for new threads and ones we missed every day. If you want to take your "business and friends" elsewhere to another host, go for it. Another staff member or myself will be happy to help you out by terminating your account.
