I'm running OSCommerce, and to upgrade my template (and have it functional) I need register_globals enabled. I would think that since you're running apache, I could simply enable it in .htaccess to allow it for the specific installation without having to modify php.ini which would change it globally, but that didn't work. Is there any way I could have permissions to use register_globals for my site?

Thank you for your time,

No, we don't allow the use of register_globals on our servers as it's a security hazard. Also the register_globals features have been removed from the new PHP Version (6) coming out, so I would have to say re-code it to not use register_globals or find a new script.
