Registration failure

Hi,

I'm creating a different account for someone, and he also had the same problem, it came up with the following message:

"We detect that you are accessing our service through a proxy or attempting to register multiple times. We do not allow signups through proxy services or more than once per 24 hours. If you believe this is a mistake, please contact us on our forums."

First off, creating an account for another person is against the rules, as is creating more than one free hosting account.

As for the error, it appears to be happening for several users. Administration is being notified of the issue.

But to be fair, it didn't work on his computer either, and he hasn't even got an account. Why is this occurring and how can I get it fixed?
