Registration Issues

Hello,

I just made an account for free hosting when I recived an error message saying that my username already is in use. So I canceled my order of the free host and went to register a new account with a different user name. I'm stuck at this point, it give me this text:

We detect that you are accessing our service through a proxy or attempting to register multiple times. We do not allow signups through proxy services or more than once per 24 hours. If you believe this is a mistake, please contact us on our forums.

I do know I'm not using any proxy and I've never used one.

I need to get my host on the run soon, I got a smaller community waiting for me to get it running, please help me out.

Could you try logging in here https://x10hosting.com/control/login.php with your forum username and password, and then follow the links there (in your account panel) to create a hosting account? Let us know if that works.
