Registration Pending

Hi,
I recently had my account deactivated for inactivity. However, I have signed up again for my site and it has been 2 weeks of registration pending. I was just reading about other people with similar situations and I see that the queue does not usually take that long. I would like to continue using x10 hosting as my host for my site, but if I have to wait longer I might move to use a different host.

Then why does it say my registration is pending when I log into my portal under registration status?
