Registration Problem

I\\\'m trying to create a new hosting account; the account ID is SMP099875. Early in the account creation process, I get to a screen that asks me to enter my confirmation code, which I obtained from the confirmation email you sent me. When I click on Confirm, I get the message \\\"The email address is already in use (support)\\\". I assume this means that you need to do something to help me with this problem so could you please do that?\r\n\r\nSince my account is clearly not fully set up, please communicate with me at my email address, cletusshagnasty@yahoo.ca. I don\\\'t think there\\\'s any other way I can see your instructions on what I need to do to get around this problem. Thank you!

Thanks for the information. I didn't think I'd be able to see your reply because the account was apparently incomplete but I see that the forum account works already.

I will try to be patient while I wait for the account registration to be fixed. I was going to ask how long that was going to take but I assume the message would have answered that already if it was known.
