Reliability of x10hosting

I'm wondering if x10hosting plans to become reliable one of these days since in the past 3 weeks, my experience isn't good enough to consider buying a paid account. Sometimes, the phpmyadmin just can't accessed, some other times, the datase is just unavailable completely, even on the render of the main web page, when we don't talk about the availability of the whole thing (my site which is at fccf.x10hosting.com).
I already recommended to 3 persons to try your service, and at least one of them wanted me to certify it's reliable since he's planning to do business with it's site... Well, unless you tell me a good technical reason explaining your difficulties, I will tell him this week to forget x10, even you have fast servers and seems to have good bandwidth, we now need a proof you guys are not some unometent felows...

We try to keep the free servers running smoothly.
Unfortunately, people do abuse our free hosting service. We have taken steps to prevent abuse, and we are working on a system to suspend people who use excessive resources automatically.

Paid rarely goes down as people do not abuse it and there are far less accounts. Usually the only reason it will go down is because of essential maintenance.
