remote access to MySQL DB

Hi all.
I'm new here and i will be happy if someone can tell me is it possible to connect to MySQL DB hosted on x10hosting.com from location other that localhost. For example, from some desktop application? I know that all paid hosting allow this but free...?

One more think - i will like to say thank x10hosting.com team for this free services!

We never delete accounts without warning. It would be suspended first, after 10 days of being suspended it would be terminated.

Regarding the external access, if you are using a STATIC IP address we can add it to the firewall.
