Remote Access with MySQL GUI

Hello everyone ,

i got a problem i want to connect with SQLyog Community - MySQL GUI to my x10Hosting mySQL server but i get an 2003 error the sql host adress i put in is 74.63.233.5 and then my username and my password and port 3306 i want to upload 3 sql files and create one table that isnt with fusion_ in name
i need it to use it for a gamemode for garrysmod its allowed as far as i know i will config the website later on can somebidy help me please.

Remote MYSQL is not allowed on free account for security reasons

Upgrade to paid http://x10hosting.com/premium.php to use that service..

For seurity reasons the remote mysql is disabled on x10 servers. You can not access from outside to x10 mysql server

Is it a web front-end for garrysmod or is it the complete game server, as game servers are not allowed on free x10 accounts (correct me if I am wrong).
