Remote Connection To MySql

Hi,

Just wondering what the following are for Stoli's MySql, I need it to allow www.formdevil.com to save my form submissions to a DB. Thanks:

Hostname/Ip address
Server Port

Do i need to do anything in cPanel for this?

External access to the MySQL server is not available on free hosting, most likely as a security or abuse precaution. The lowest package available that does allow access is premium hosting.
