Remote MySQL - Correct settings

I currently have the following remote hosts allowed in the remote MySQL Cpanel page:

%.x10hosting.com
10.10.96.130
192.168.1.%
74.86.116.188
absolut.x10hosting.com

If I remember correctly, %.x10hosting.com was added when the MySQL server was installed on a separate machine, so can this be removed now? Which of the others need to remain? Which can I remove?
