Remote sql - access prob - help

Hosting Type = Ad-Free

i am trying to host a forum on another server but i want to use this server's mysql server. so i added the remote server's address to remote sql option as below order.

%110mb.com%
%mehedy.110mb.com%
mehedy.110mb.com
mehedy.110mb.com%forum%

the wildcard thing is unclear to me so i put these four combinations. the address of my forum is

http://mehedy.110mb.com/forum

which one is correct for it? plz help me.

now the 2nd prob is.....
i have added the server but i can not connect to your mysql server. from the forum posts of related topics i understand that u need the ip of the remote server to add to ur firewell to accept connections. so here it is

195.242.99.125

Well, you have to have a site here, we do not allow MySQL hosting for another site.

i have a site here. the same site will be on the other site just sharing the same sql DB. would you plz allow the server ip mentioned above. you have the option on the cpanel. and you have granted another user to do remote sql connection.

Hello Corey, I attempted to PM you my ip address to add to the firewall as well. I do not believe it has been added yet.
