Remove/Update Account

Hi, I havn't been on for ages...
Ok so to the problems im having

can't access my subdomain
can't link my accounts

is my account out of date and been deleted?
maybe im just getting it wrong.. can someone help? :nuts:

What is/was your cPanel username?

It is likely that your account was deleted, in which case you will need to visit http://x10hosting.com/logout then sign-up for a new hosting account.
